A year ago, I was unsure about everything and didn’t know what direction to go in.

Six months ago, I was guessing about new things and hoping for the best.

Tonight, I’m finishing up the last assignment of the first quarter of my master’s degree and staring down the final five days of the job I didn’t fit in, sitting toasty in my big warm bed in my big warm room in my sweet little apartment.

If I believed in luck, I’d be buying lottery tickets. I don’t though. I believe in grace and mercy, so I’m down on knees, praising my Lord.
